He was born on February 19, 1953 in Piedras Negras Coahuila, Mexico to the union of Guillermo and Eugenia Vazquez.
Jose leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Maria Rodriguez De Vazquez, daughters; Eugenia Natalie Herrera (Javier), Susan Denise Vasquez (Stuart). Son; Juan Carlos Vazquez (Melissa)
Grandchildren; Christopher, Juliet, Ayden, Valeria, Joaquin, Ximena, Felipe, Alec and Alyssa.
